RETURNS
Customers have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days after the product has been delivered.
The customer must inform Tea Zivaorganic Unipessoal Lda. of its wish to return the product by sending an email to info@www.teaziva.com within the aforementioned period of fourteen (14) days after the product has been delivered to the customer. This email should include the following information: order number, name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
After receipt of this e-mail, Tea Zivaorganic Unipessoal Lda. will provide a Return Authorization number (“RA Number ”) to the customer. After receipt of the RA number, the customer will have an additional fourteen (14) days to return the product to NM Beauty Industries B.V. The customer must bear the costs for shipping the products to Tea Zivaorganic Unipessoal Lda.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original unopened packaging with its original packing slip. Returns attempted without satisfying all of the aforementioned conditions, will not be accepted. Customers must bear the costs of shipping the goods to Tea Zivaorganic Unipessoal Lda.
The customer is responsible for the chosen shipping method of the returns. The risk of the product will transfer to Tea Zivaorganic Unipessoal Lda when Tea Zivaorganic Unipessoal Lda has received the Product. This means that Tea Zivaorganic Unipessoal Lda. cannot be held responsible for any returns which are (for example) lost and/or damaged in the mail when being returned. We therefore advise you to choose for registered shipment, request tracking information and ensure the package containing the returned product(s). Tea Zivaorganic Unipessoal Lda. does not make any exceptions to this policy.
After receiving and accepting the returned products, Tea Zivaorganic Unipessoal Lda. will refund the total purchase price to the Client within fourteen (14) days.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately.
CUSTOMS
All international packages in the EU, could be charged with customs fees upon their arrival in the country of destination. These costs are determined by the country of arrival. Tea Zivaorganic Unipessoal Lda. cannot be held accountable for these charges, the customer is responsible for handling the costs. Tea Zivaorganic Unipessoal Lda. cannot predict the amount of duties and taxes charged by the customs authorities as these charges vary widely. If you have other questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.
