The organic lemongrass and lemon lemon verbena provide a clean and fresh citrus feeling for the infusion, while the organic licorice root contributes to its natural mallow sweetness. The organic rosehips gives balance of sweet and tart, making it perfectly balanced. Chamomile is often used for its calming and antispasmodic effects, whilst the lemongrass helps with digestion, nervousness, high blood pressure, and soothes the throat. Lemon Verbena helps protect your muscles, reduce inflammation, boost the immune system, calm the stomach, reduce fevers, soothe nerves, and clear up congestion. Known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, hibiscus may also reduce choleste rol level, reduce the risk of heart disease and lower blood pressure. Also known as sweet root, licorice root, has been used for centuries for its medicinal benefits, as reducing the stress, soothing the stomach and clean the respiratory system.
